COVID NOTICE as of March 2021:
We don’t have, and don’t feel like we can provide, all the answers yet as to how some of the details will work (Especially around transportation). We are hopeful that all adults going on this trip will be fully vaccinated. We will keep you informed as we get closer and feel like we better understand the situation this summer (and/or if we need to cancel this trip). We have 3 permits for these dates and mostly wanted to make sure everyone knows that we HOPE to do this trip IF AND ONLY IF it is safe. The nature of these trips is 100% outdoors and groups no larger than 9 people (27 Total people, 3 groups of 9) which is great – our biggest question now is transportation. Each family unit (siblings, spouses, etc) will be in their own tents (no group tents).

Interested? At this time we are simply asking that you send an email to Brad@abidingsavior.org letting us know you want to be put on the sign up list. You are not obligated by doing this to anything!  All deposits are refundable.

April Adult Forum series – Wednesdays at 6:30pm via Zoom

April Adult Forum series – Wednesdays at 6:30pm via Zoom

2020 was a year like no other. A pandemic that killed over half a million Americans, racial tensions and inequalities were exposed, and the Presidential election exposed deep divides in our nation. IN the midst of this, we also saw great love for neighbors and great hope for our futures.

This spring we are feeling refreshed and hopeful and ready to reflect on the changes in our society this past year. What does it all mean? Where was and is God in the midst of these movements and conversations and the pandemic?

Join Pastor Ryan and Deacon Brad for this three-session class (April 14, 21 & 28 from 6:30 – 7:30pm) blending Bible stories, discussion questions, and time for sharing thoughts, feelings, fears, and hopes as we reflect on where we have been in the past year as a nation and where God is leading us into the future. Contact Pastor Ryan or Deacon Brad with any questions.

Sign up for in-person worship

February 18, 2021 By connie

Sign up for in-person worship

All Sunday morning services are now open to in-person worshipers and streamed online through Facebook Live. At these worship services strict COVID compliance will be followed including mask wearing, social distancing, assigned seating areas in the pews, and a 125 maximum occupancy in the Sanctuary for worship services. The decision to reopen for in-person worship was made using the current COVID-19 data which shows the number of new cases, hospitalizations, and deaths has been steadily declining. If the numbers start to trend in the opposite direction, we will adjust our policies accordingly. Our reopening guidelines meet with Governor Tim Walz executive order for occupancy at public events.

Although no one is discouraged from attending in person worship, we encourage those who are content with online worship to continue worshiping in that way in order to keep our in person worship numbers within a safe range. One factor in deciding to reopen for in-person worship was to allow those who do not have adequate access to the internet to be able to join in the worship experience of their congregation. Please click HERE to sign-up and reserve your spot for Sunday worship.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Pastor Ryan via email at pastorryan@abidingsavior.org.

Thank you for your understanding as together we navigate this pandemic living in God’s love!
