We’d love for you to get involved in the ministries of Abiding Savior! Below are some of our current opportunities. Click on the item to learn more/sign up to participate:
- Worship Volunteers (greet, acolyte, serve communion, etc.)
- Sundays at 10am and other special worship services
- Saturday HyVee Break Pick Up
- Each week, HyVee donates bread and other items for us to distribute to members of our congregation and community. We need volunteers to help pick items up at 10AM each Saturday.
- Lenten Soup Suppers
- Lent is almost upon us and we plan to hold our Lenten Soup Suppers between services on Wednesdays during Lent. We encourage groups or individuals to sign up to prepare the soup for a given week to raise funds for a cause you’re passionate about.
- Thrivent Action Team Grants
- Help support the mission and ministries of Abiding Savior by applying for a Thrivent Action Team Grant! There are many events/activities at Abiding Savior that can utilize the seed money from these grants (Wednesday night suppers, brunches, special events, etc.)
