Lend a hand with the Garden of Grace!
The Garden of Grace at Abiding Savior will meet weekly on Thursdays at 5:30pm. Anyone is welcome to join and be a part of this wonderful ministry! We ask that at this current time, all gardeners please wear a mask to help protect their fellow gardeners. Gardeners typically spend about an hour each week tending to the garden, but this small sacrifice will yield big results! We are able to help so many people in our community to have fresh veggies that they could not otherwise afford. Please join in the fun and help us make a difference in our community!

Building a strong foundation for our children’s futures!
Looking for a great preschool for this fall? Abiding Savior Preschool is offering a multi-aged morning class for the 2020-2021 school year which will cater to each child’s individualized learning plan. You will have your choice of a flexible schedule (two, three, four or five days a week) that fits your child’s needs.
Our classroom is designed to let your child explore math, science, literacy and art in a fun filled thematic approach to early learning.
Each day students will engage in exciting activities that will take their imaginations to new places. Our staff will prepare your child for his or her future through activities such as cutting, coloring, counting, phonemic awareness, and writing his or her name. In addition, your child’s year will include faith-filled visits from our pastors who will share God’s love through story and song.

Lent 2020: Go and Do Likewise!
The theme for our Wednesday evening Lenten services is “Go and Do Likewise”. This phrase is taken from the parable of the Good Samaritan telling us all to show mercy and love to our neighbors. The services will all feature stories of Jesus sharing love and forgiveness and teaching us about the importance of following his example of service. The services will include liturgy from the Holden Evening Prayer service and include a short reflection. Services are at 4:00 and 6:30 with a soup supper served in the Fellowship Hall 4:30 to 6:30.
Please join us for worship and soup supper. All are welcome! (NOTE: Due to COVID-19 virus concerns, the church building will be closed March 15th – 22nd. The Wednesday, March 18th Lenten service will be live streamed on Facebook.)
Our upcoming soup supper menus are as follows:
- Wednesday, March 18th:
- Soup supper canceled due to COVID-19 virus concerns
- Wednesday, March 25th:
- Beef Barley with proceeds benefiting Camp Wapo
- Wednesday, April 1st:
