Abiding Savior members coordinate a coupon ministry that enables us to support the Irondale High School, Edgewood Middle School and Pinewood Elementary pantries. Abiding Savior donates food, shampoos, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, laundry soap, backpacks, and classroom school supplies that hep fill the gap for student needs. Below is a portion of a letter shared by the Director of the Irondale High School Pantry which shares how Abiding Savior members make a difference in the lives of students!
As our demographics are ever changing to include an increased percentage of students that require support, this supply room offers kids an opportunity for equity within our school. We are incredibly humbled by your continued efforts throughout the school year and beyond. Your work to acquire and deliver products and food throughout the school year has been a magnificent addition to your ongoing support of this vital student resource. We are so grateful for your kindness and donation efforts. We appreciate all that you have done to help our students. Thank you for recognizing this important cause and supporting our tremendous needs.
